Emma is our Senior Business Analyst at Gravity Group. She has joined us from Apex Group where she was also a Senior Business Analyst focusing on closed-ended projects, with a strong focus on system migrations. Prior to Apex, Emma worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at Aztec Group, a Project coordinator at Utmost worldwide and various roles at IPES (now a part of Apex) including Report Writer and Analyst, and Development Coordinator.

Emma has 10 years’ experience in business analysis, project support and change delivery. She has assisted in creating and maintaining an in-house fund administration system for closed-ended products, assisted and supported client migrations, coordinated system releases and testing, and delivered training and supporting documentation.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys baking, gaming and spending time with her family and fur baby. She has more recently rekindled her interest in weightlifting and is keen to work on her personal fitness.
