Prior to Gravity, James spent over two years at Alter Domus, from April 2022 to July 2024, where he honed his skills in managing complex fund structures and fostering strong client relationships.

Before joining Alter Domus, James advanced his career at Apex Group Ltd (formerly IPES Guernsey Ltd), starting as an Administrator in September 2016 and progressing to Assistant Manager by July 2021. His nearly six years at Apex involved overseeing fund administration for private equity and real estate funds.

In his spare time, James enjoys staying active and engaging with the natural beauty of Guernsey. He is an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys running and exploring the coastal paths of the island. In the winter months, James takes every opportunity to indulge his love for skiing and snowboarding, traveling to the snow whenever possible.
