Nicole is our Human Resources Senior Manager and responsible for delivering HR services to our team.

Prior to joining Gravity, Nicole held a Senior HR roles with ZEDRA South Africa, Sanne Group plc, Sygnia Asset Management and Old Mutual, most recently serving as Senior HR & Office Experience Consultant for ZEDRA South Africa. She brings over 20 years of international HR leadership experience across financial services, professional services, and global organisations.

Nicole partners with executive teams to deliver people strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and organisational success. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee relations, reward and benefits, payroll, performance management, organisational development, and HR governance.

Having worked across South Africa, the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, Luxembourg, Ireland, Malta, and the United States, Nicole brings a strong understanding of global HR practices. She is recognised for building high-performing teams, driving organisational change, and implementing effective people solutions in complex international environments
