Prior to joining Gravity, Rob assisted in the establishment of a Guernsey based captive administrator for MidEuropa LLP in 2011, and was the Managing Director from 2014 through to February 2024.

Rob’s experience in establishing and then leading a ‘service first’ business, with a focus on both client and investors, aligns to Gravity’s objectives. A chartered accountant by qualification, Rob has also held positions as Compliance Officer, MLRO and MLCO in addition to CFO and Managing Director, meaning he has had exposure to and influence over the full spectrum of services provided by a licensed, designated administrator.

Before joining MidEuropa, Rob worked at Ogier Fiduciary Services (Guernsey) Limited and PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP in Guernsey.
