Having worked across both retail and institutional finance, he brings a broad perspective shaped by experience on both the operational and regulatory sides of business.

In recent years, Stuart has held senior roles as Compliance Officer, MLRO and MLCO, leading teams that protect businesses from regulatory challenges and turn them into opportunities to build stronger, more resilient operations. Known for his technical insight and pragmatic approach, he helps leaders make sound, defensible decisions that keep organisations moving forward with confidence.

Stuart is passionate about developing governance and compliance frameworks that enhance business performance and enable teams to operate with clarity and assurance.

Outside of work, Stuart enjoys cycling and running, discovering new places, exploring his interest in history, and spending time on DIY projects.
